1. How to select the MODE?

it is about 1.5-2 hours to get fully charged. And addition, the LED light will last ON for 4+ hours after being fully charged.

Why the motion sensor always is triggered by accident?

Make sure you select “Night Mode”(Second Tap the button), not All Days Mode(Third Tap the button). In “Night Mode”, if the ambient light is strong enough, it will not be activated. By the way, the sensor will detect any human motion within 120 degrees and 10 ft.

Can I charge it with 240 v? Does it still work while charging?

The input voltage of this closet light is 5 volts, you can charge it by plugging it into the USB interface of a power bank, Laptop, or PC, whether you can use 240 volts depends on your charger. And it does work while charging.

Can the metal pieces be moved after the initial installation and placed elsewhere?

The metal pieces have adhesive tape on the back, so repositioning them would probably weaken the adhesive once removed. But we suggest you buy 3m adhesive tape and cover the old adhesive, it works!

Why is the brightness so weak?

For the first purchase, you should long press the dimming button on the LED Strip to make the light 100% brightness. And when the next time it is activated, it will be the same brightness as the previous setting. It has a brightness memory function.
