Size Information

The size of each curlz font letter is highly irregular. Therefore, each letter is not exactly 8” from top to bottom. Letters such as Q, H, and G have stems that make the letter much taller than the other letters. Many other letters such as B, K, and T only slightly taller than other letters. Some letters such as “I” may be slightly shorter than 8″. The width of each letter also varies.

Other Details

The front side of these letters are coated with a thick, high gloss layer of white paint. The back of the letter is unfinished MDF.The painted surface is smooth, slick, and a bit reflective, making them ideal for dry erase markers.You can also decorate these letters with spray paint, acrylic paint, permanent markers, vinyl cutouts, stickers, fabric, or any other material.

Craftsmanship

Letters are handmade in the USA and cut on our precise CNC laser machines.

During the cutting process the laser burns the outer edges of the wood to produce black edges.

Each individual wood letter gets hand sanded and then inspected for quality control before getting shipped.

Care Instructions

To ensure the best protection for your unfinished or finished painted letters, use a clear gloss or clear satin spray clear, which is available at any other craft store.This will help keep your design protected from the weather and leave a shiny gloss finish to your art letter project.Do not expose to water or excessive moisture.Handle with care to avoid breaking or cracking the wood or damaging the white coating.
