The fireplace and tv cabinet will be shipped in 2 different package for safer shipping, you may not receive the 2 package at the same time, but they will be delivered to you on time both
How much heat can the fireplace provide?
5120BTUS, which means the fireplace can provide supplemental heat for a 400sq room, but please understand it can not be used as a main heating source
How can i control the led lights?
We made a remote Integrated with all functions of the fireplace and the LED lights, you can control the fireplace by the touch control board or the remote control, but the LED lights would be only operated by the remote
What if i receive the tv cabinet with damage or defects, do it need to return the entire product?
We may send you the separate replacement part without any return if we got that inventory in our warehouse
